Things to be aware of when Filling out Application Form.

• Please read the application form thoroughly.
• A maximum of two applicants per form. Additional applicants may apply on a separate application form.
• We require 100 points of I.D. from every applicant 18 years and over. On page 4 of the application form, there is a table showing the value of various forms of I.D.
• We may consider other I.D. types at time of application not listed on the application form. Please bring along anything you might want us to consider when you submit your form.
• Our office will photocopy all I.D. for you upon request.
• If you have any pets of any species, you will be required to fill out a separate Pet Application Form.                    Please Note: This includes fish and other animals kept in tanks and/or cages. All pets must be approved first.
• The Pet Application Form must also be submitted if you wish to add a pet during a tenancy. Pet must be approved before it is kept on the property.
